Welcome to PrimePredict Tips. By accessing our website, downloading or installing our Android application, purchasing VIP access, or using any related PrimePredict Tips service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrimePredict Tips, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Are not prohibited by local law from accessing sports prediction or gambling-adjacent information services

2. Service Description

PrimePredict Tips is a sports prediction and information platform that provides football predictions, analysis, and related content through our website and Android application. Our service includes:

• Free daily predictions
• VIP premium predictions and analysis (paid access required)
• Statistical analysis and insights
• Push notifications for new predictions

3. User Responsibilities and Responsible Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your VIP access with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our content
• Not use automated systems to access our service
• Comply with all gambling, consumer protection, tax, age-restriction, and online-service laws that apply in your jurisdiction
• Confirm that using sports prediction content is legal where you live or access the service
• Use our content responsibly and not as the sole basis for financial or betting decisions
• Never stake money you cannot afford to lose and seek help if gambling may be causing harm

4. Subscriptions and Payments

VIP Access:

• Paid VIP access is sold as fixed-duration access periods, such as weekly or monthly access, as displayed at checkout
• Website payments are processed by our payment provider; PrimePredict Tips does not store raw card, bank, or mobile-money credentials
• Access is granted only after successful server-side payment confirmation
• Access may be delayed by payment-provider processing, network issues, or verification checks
• Prices, currencies, included categories, and access duration shown at checkout control the purchase
• Unless a checkout screen expressly states otherwise, website VIP purchases do not automatically renew

Expiry and Cancellation:

• Fixed-duration VIP access remains available until its stated expiry, unless suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or violation of these Terms
• For fixed-duration purchases, there is no future renewal to cancel after payment is complete
• If PrimePredict Tips later offers recurring billing, the renewal and cancellation terms shown at checkout or in account settings will apply, and cancellation will affect future renewals only unless otherwise required by law

Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Refunds:

• Failed, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or suspected fraudulent payments do not grant VIP access
• We may suspend or reverse access linked to chargebacks, payment abuse, unauthorized sharing, or misuse
• Because VIP predictions are digital content delivered shortly after payment, refunds are generally not provided once access has been delivered, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate, erroneous, or failed charge
• Refund requests may also be subject to payment-provider rules and verification requirements
• Contact our support team promptly for payment or refund inquiries

5. Intellectual Property

All content in PrimePredict Tips, including predictions, analysis, graphics, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish our content
• Screenshot or record VIP content for sharing
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks without permission

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Predictions will be accurate or successful
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific results will be achieved
• Notifications, payment confirmations, category access, or content updates will always be immediate
• All events, odds, scores, schedules, or third-party information will remain available, current, or unchanged

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any losses from gambling or betting activities
• Decisions made based on our predictions
• Reliance on inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable predictions, notifications, scores, odds, or analysis
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party payment-provider, hosting-provider, Firebase, app-store, network, device, or notification-service failures

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused VIP access, attempted fraud, abused payment or chargeback processes, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may notify users of material changes through the website, app, email, or another reasonable method.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction. Because PrimePredict Tips may be accessed internationally, you are responsible for determining whether your use of sports prediction content is lawful where you are located. We do not represent that the service is appropriate, available, or lawful in every country or region.
